Our take on a classic post and rung diner. Relatively robust legs for a chair of this type give a solid feel, yet brought back to a delicate scale with hemispherical reliefs carved in the ends. The outward splay of the legs and the front-to-back taper set it apart as a refined and elegant contemporary variation on a traditional theme.
The overall geometry of this chair supports an upright dining position, while the curvature and angle of backrest also accommodate those among us with a less-disciplined posture.
The chair can be woven in a variety of patterns, using paper or polypropylene cord.
